Dimraeth Skill Tree Guide: Respec, Points & 3-Tree System

Dimraeth combines race, class and Archetype progression. Skill-tree points and attributes have separate reset routes: player reports point to Rahaner in the Guild for the tree, while a Steam moderator confirms an attribute-reset potion from Befr’s upgraded Sanctum shop.

The three skill-tree layers

The developer’s official skill-tree explanation describes a race tree, a class tree and an Archetype layer for the pairing. Nodes include attributes, passives and spells; some spell nodes have modifiers that change how the ability works. This was published before launch, so use the live tree for exact connections and requirements.

Race
Your racial tools and passives.
Class
Your class abilities and their supporting nodes.
Archetype
Interactions specific to the race-and-class pairing.

How to plan your next points

Our planning order below is a decision aid, not a tested level-by-level allocation. It avoids committing to an ability before you know its requirements.

  1. Choose the core action. Start with the spell or attack you already use most successfully. Read its damage type, resource cost and prerequisites.
  2. Plan the shortest useful connection. Trace the visible path to its supporting nodes before spending. Prioritize a second ability only when its tooltip explains a useful interaction.
  3. Check the missing requirement. Separate an attribute requirement from a skill-tree unlock; more points in one system will not necessarily solve the other.
  4. Test before branching out. Try the combination against the same enemy type. If you keep dying or running dry, address that problem before adding another damage mechanic.

For a current example, see the Elf Mage burn-and-detonate route. Exact point totals and node maps are omitted where we have no verified live reference.

Resetting skill-tree points

A launch-week player report by Sharon_Holygrail identifies Rahaner inside the Guild as the skill-tree respec NPC. This is a community report, not a developer-published price list. Check the displayed refund scope and cost before confirming; we have not verified a fixed skill-reset fee.

Resetting attributes with Befr

On September 16, Steam moderator Wizardmanguy described the following route in an attribute-reset answer:

  1. Recruit Befr to the Sanctum.
  2. Complete his building quest to unlock the Facilities Center.
  3. Use it to upgrade Befr’s shop.
  4. Buy the potion that resets attribute points.

The player report above calls the item Elixir of Rebirth and reports a 500-gold price at shop level 2. It calls the points refunded “Talent points”; it does not independently verify an attribute refund. The Steam moderator separately confirms an attribute-reset potion after upgrading Befr’s shop, without naming its price or item. Verify the live item tooltip before buying, rather than assuming these two descriptions identify the same potion.

Before you pay for a reset

  • Record your current tree and equipment requirements.
  • Decide whether you need to change skill nodes or attributes.
  • Read the confirmation screen to see what will be refunded.
  • Keep enough resources to meet the requirements of your replacement skills.

Skill tree FAQ

Does a skill-tree reset also reset attributes?

The sources describe two separate routes. Do not assume that paying Rahaner also refunds attributes; Befr’s upgraded shop is the reported attribute-reset route.

Can I change race or class with these resets?

These sources do not establish a race or class change. Treat a point reset and a character-origin change as different questions.

Is there a verified build calculator here?

No. We have not verified a complete live node map. Use the in-game tree for exact paths and the Builds guide for sourced starting ideas.
